Outdoor Leader Trainers of America is a train the trainer organization specializing in paddle sports and customized staff trainings. OLTOA will travel to your location and work on site with your staff and your equipment. Our mission is to enhance the quality of outdoor leaders and the learning experiences they deliver. Our goal is to build strong, positive, long term relationships with the organizations we work with. We pride ourselves on delivering a quality training program every single time. Our programs include American Canoe Association instructor certification courses in canoeing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking and customized trainings based on the needs of your organization.
